我院门诊患者口服抗高血压药物的用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的:统计分析我院门诊患者抗高血压处方药物的用药情况,旨在为医院合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2020年10~12月门诊患者高血压处方2132张,对用药品种、联合用药、用药频度(DDDs)、用药金额、日均费用(DDC)等情况进行统计分析。结果:我院门诊患者口服抗高血压药物处方中,59~79岁患者的用药处方所占比例最高,占39.12%;男性患者的处方数(57.1%)多于女性患者(42.9%)。门诊使用的8类抗高血压处方药物中,钙通道阻滞剂(calcium channel blockers,CCB)、固定配比复方制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(angiotensinⅡreceptor blocker,ARB)的使用频率分列前3位。琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片、硝苯地平控释片和阿利沙坦酯片的DDDs最高。用药金额分列前3位的是阿利沙坦酯片、奥美沙坦酯氢氯噻嗪片、硝苯地平控释片。联合用药处方(67.64%)比单药治疗多(32.36%),联合用药中二联用药比例最高(36.59%),其中使用频率最高的组合是CCB+ARB。结论:我院门诊患者口服抗高血压药物使用较为合理,基本符合目前抗高血压用药原则的要求。Objective:To analyze the oral antihypertensive medication in out-patient department of our hospital,and to provide references for rational drug use in hospital.Methods:A total of 2132 prescriptions of hypertension were randomly selected from October 2020 to December 2020.The drug varieties,the status of drug combination,and defined daily doses system(DDDs),the consumption amount and defined daily cost(DDC)were analyzed.Results:Among the prescription of oral antihypertensive drugs in out-patient department of our hospital,the proportion of patients aged 59~79 was the largest,which was 39.12%.The proportion of male patients was 57.10%,which was higher than female patients of 42.90%.Among the 8 types of antihypertensive drugs used in the outpatient service,the use frequency of calcium channel blockers(CCB),fixed dose combination,angiotensinⅡreceptor blocker(ARB)ranked the top three.The DDDs of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,nifedipine controlled release tablets and allisartan isoproxil tablets ranked top.The total consumption sum of allisartan isoproxil tablets,omesartan medoxomil and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,nifedipine controlled release tablets ranked the top three.The combination medication was more than monotherapy(67.64%versus 32.36%),and the most common drug combination was duplex medication,such as CCB+ARB.Conclusion:The oral antihypertensive medication out-patient department of our hospital was relatively reasonable,which was basically in line with the current medication guidelines.
