摘 要:针对凸轮转子泵送系统的机电液复杂工况及流体的物性参数对泵输出流量影响规律尚不完全明确这一问题,在凸轮转子泵三维建模的基础上,给出泵径向间隙、电机转速、流体浓度、泵进出口压差4个影响因素的变化范围,采用计算流体力学模型进行参数化研究,分析在单因素、多因素影响下的变化规律。结果表明:泵径向间隙(0.16~0.24 mm)、电机转速(200~600 r/min)、流体浓度(50%~100%)、泵进出口压差(0.2~0.6 MPa)对泵输出流量分别有增大或减小作用,且存在相互促进或抑制关系;在多因素变量共同作用下,泵输出流量变化规律愈发呈现复杂性和多样性。The change law of the output flow of cam rotor pump is influenced by the electromechanical hydraulic conditions and the fluid physical parameters,but it is not completely clear.Based on the three-dimensional modeling of the cam rotor pump,the change range of four influencing factors,the pump radial clearance,the motor speed,the fluid concentration and the pump inlet and outlet pressure difference were given,and the computational fluid dynamics model was used for parametric research to analyze the change law under the influence of the single factor and the multiple factors.The results show that by the influence of the pump radial clearance(0.16~0.24 mm),the motor speed(200~600 r/min),the fluid concentration(50%~100%),and the pump inlet and outlet pressure difference(0.2~0.6 MPa),the output flow of the cam rotor pump can be increased or decreased respectively,and there is a mutual promotion or inhibition relationship among them.Under the action of the multi factor variables,the change law of the pump output flow is more and more complex and diverse.
