摘 要:针对深基坑抗拔桩贯穿大粒径卵石层施工采用传统旋挖钻机成孔难度大、机械钻进成孔易造成孔壁坍塌、工艺试桩阶段成孔率较低等问题,结合现场实际条件及工程地质情况,创新采用人工挖孔护壁与机械成孔泥浆护壁组合的方式。工程实践表明:该方法解决了大粒径卵石对旋挖成孔灌注桩施工的影响,以及在遇砂层或砂卵石层塌孔对桩孔牢固程度的影响,减少了塌孔造成的地基扰动,施工效率高,可为类似工程施工提供参考。In view of construction problems of deep foundation pit anti-pulling pile penetrating through large particle size cobble layer,such as difficult hole forming by traditional rotary drilling rig,easy hole wall collapse by mechanical drilling,low hole forming rate in process pile testing stage,combined with the actual site conditions and engineering geological conditions,combination of manual hole digging and mechanical hole forming slurry is innovated.The engineering practice shows that the method can solve the problems of influence of large-size pebbles on construction of rotary drilling bored pile and influence of hole collapse on firmness of pile hole in sand layer or sand gravel layer,reduces the foundation disturbance caused by hole collapse,and has high construction efficiency,which provides reference for similar engineering construction.
