摘　　要：内支撑结构拆除时需考虑拆除过程中对主体结构的扰动和基坑支护安全等问题,加上地下室分区较多,各分区施工完成后,无法拆除所对应的内支撑,导致各分区无法形成连续施工,影响地下室施工工期。以罗湖区东海富汇豪庭项目深基坑内支撑拆除工程为例,运用传力板及型钢进行换撑,并通过合理的组织换撑、拆撑,保证基坑安全的前提下,确保了地下室施工的施工周期。During demolition of internal support structure,disturbance to main structure and safety of foundation pit support during demolition process need to be considered.In addition,there are many partitions in the basement.After construction of each partition is completed,the corresponding internal support cannot be removed,resulting in failure of continuous construction in each partition and affecting construction period of the basement.Taking the support demolition project in deep foundation pit of Donghai Fuhui Haoting project in Luohu District as an example,the force transfer plate and section steel are used to replace support,and construction cycle of basement construction is ensured on the premise of ensuring safety of foundation pit through reasonable organization of support replacement and demolition.
