摘　　要：通常,“工匠精神”是指工匠对自己制作的产品精雕细琢、精益求精的精神理念。新时代下的“工匠精神”的内涵则被赋予四种精神的统一体,即爱岗敬业的奉献精神、精益求精的品质精神、协同合作的团队精神及追求卓越的创新精神。新时代下加强对学生的“工匠精神”培育对我国从“制造大国”走向“制造强国”具有重要的意义。加强对学生工程素质教育的探索和实践,“工匠精神”培育的关键环节和重要途径。Usually,the“craftsman spirit”refers to the spirit of craftsman to carve and refine his products.The connotation of the“craftsman spirit”in the new era is endowed with the unity of four spirits,that is,the dedication spirit of love and dedication,the quality spirit of striving for excellence,the teamwork spirit of cooperation and the innovation spirit of pursuing excellence.Strengthening the cultivation of the“craftsman spirit”of students in the new era is of great significance to China’s transformation from a“manufacturing country”to a“manufacturing power”.Strengthening the exploration and practice of students’engineering quality education is the key link and important way to cultivate the“craftsman spirit”.
