摘  要:为提高摩擦纳米发电机(TENGs)的输出效率与稳定性,利用酰氯化多壁碳纳米管(CNT)与聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性以聚酯纤维为主要成分的冰雪绒织物,使CNT与PEI在织物表面进行接枝。实验结果表明:CNT/PEI改性织物表面成功生成了酰胺键,且表面粗糙度显著增加;当CNT质量浓度为0.4 mg/mL时,TENGs表现出了118 V的输出电压以及12.5μA的输出电流,且输出性能稳定。In order to improve the output efficiency and stability of friction nanogenerator(TENGs),acyl chloride-based multi-walled carbon nanotubes(CNT)and polyethyleneimine(PEI)were used to modify the fabric,which was mainly composed of polyester fiber.CNT and PEI were grafted onto the fabric surface.The experimental results showed that the amide bond was successfully formed on the surface of CNT/PEI modified fabric,and the surface roughness was significantly increased.When the concentration of CNT was 0.4 mg/mL,the prepared TENGs demonstrated the output voltage of 118 V and the output current of 12.5μA,which also showed long-term stability.
