盐酸多巴胺注射液致3例泌尿道刺激症状的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析盐酸多巴胺注射液致泌尿道刺激症状的不良反应,为临床合理应用盐酸多巴胺注射液提供依据。方法:筛选2015年1月1日~2018年12月31日本院药品不良反应监测站收集的盐酸多巴胺注射液不良反应。结果:盐酸多巴胺注射液导致3例男性患者出现泌尿道刺激症状。结论:盐酸多巴胺注射液引起的泌尿道刺激症状通常可以耐受,在停药后可消失。鼓励上报不良反应并及时更新循证证据,将新的不良反应修订到药品说明书中,以更好地促进盐酸多巴胺注射液的合理应用。Objective:To analysis the adverse reactions of urinary tract irritation caused by dopamine hydrochloride injection,and to provide evidence for the clinical rational application of dopamine hydrochloride injection.Methods:The adverse reactions of dopamine hydrochloride injection collected by adverse drug reaction monitoring station of our hospital from January 1,2015 to December 31,2018 were selected.Results:Dopamine hydrochloride injection caused urinary tract irritation in 3 male patients.Conclusion:The symptoms of urinary tract irritation caused by dopamine hydrochloride injection can be tolerated and disappear after medication is stopped.Adverse reactions reporting should be encouraged and the evidence-based findings should be updated in time.The new adverse reactions should be revised into the drug instructions,in order to better promote the rational application of dopamine hydrochloride injection.
