摘　　要：目的:提升门诊咨询药师相关理论知识和技术水平,促进药学服务的同质化和标准化。方法:以生殖相关用药咨询为例建立工作组和流程,通过问卷了解药师开展生殖相关咨询的现状,收集临床问题,基于疾病诊疗特点和咨询情况形成临床问题,参考药品说明书和临床指南并结合临床经验,制定标准化指引手册。结果:按照既定流程组成工作组,结合临床证据及专家经验整理成文。结论:从生殖用药咨询问题入手,加强用药咨询与临床科室的合作交流与协作方式,配合临床做好患者用药指导,形成生殖用药相关咨询工作流程和标准,有助于进一步提高药学服务质量,更好地为患者提供药学服务。Objective:To improve the knowledge and skills of outpatient consulting pharmacists and promote the standardization and quality of pharmaceutical care.Methods:Taking reproductive-related medication consultation as an example,a working group and process was established.The current situation and common consult questions of pharmacists'reproductive-related consultation was investigated through questionnaires.Collected clinical problems were formed based on the characteristics of disease diagnosis and treatment and consultation.Then a standardized guide manual refer to drug instructions and clinical guidelines was developed,together with clinical experience.Results:According to the established process,a working group was set up.Combined with clinical evidence and expert experience,the Comprehensive Reference Booklet for Outpatient Drug Consultation were compiled.Conclusion:Starting with reproductive medication consultation,strengthening the cooperation,communication and collaboration between medication consultation and clinical departments,cooperating with clinical departments to guide patients'medication,and forming the workflow and standard of reproductive medication consultation,which will help to further improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and provide better pharmaceutical care for patients.
