摘 要:目的:研究尿石清合剂的水提醇沉工艺,优选最佳提取条件。方法:采用L 9(34)正交试验筛选提取工艺;以加水量(A)、浸泡时间(B)、提取时间(C)、提取次数(D)作为考察因素,以总固物重量及栀子苷含量为考察指标优选尿石清合剂的水提工艺;以相对密度(A)、含醇量(B)、醇沉时间(C)为考察因素优选尿石清合剂的醇沉工艺。结果:尿石清合剂最佳提取条件为:加12倍量水,浸泡1 h,提取2次,每次2 h,醇沉浓度为60%,药液初始相对密度1.10,醇沉时间为24 h。结论:优选得到的尿石清合剂的提取工艺可行,质量稳定、可控。Objective:To study the water extraction and alcohol precipitation process of niaoshiqing mixture and optimize the extraction conditions.Methods:L 9(34)orthogonal test was used to screen the extraction process.Water addition(A),immersion time(B),decoction time(C),times(D)were taken as the investigation factors,and total solid weight and gardenoside content were taken as the investigation indexes to optimize the water extraction process of niaoshiqing mixture.The relative density(A),alcohol content(B)and alcohol precipitation time(C)were used to optimize the alcohol precipitation process of niaoshiqing mixture.Results:The optimal extraction conditions of niaoshiqing mixture were as follows:add 12 times of water,soak for 1 h,extracted for 2 times,each time for 2 h,alcohol precipitation concentration was 60%,and initial relative density of the liquidwas 1.10,alcohol precipitation time was 24 h.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology of niaoshiqing mixture is feasible,stable and controllable.
