摘  要:利用绿颖单剂、绿颖-次氯酸钠(次氯酸钠体积分数2.5%)复配剂防治秋茄(Kandelia obovata)红树林中的考氏白盾蚧(Pseudaulacaspis cockerelli),试验结果表明:绿颖体积分数为0.2%时,无论是单剂还是复配剂均无法杀死各发育阶段的蚧虫;绿颖体积分数为20%时,单剂和复配剂防治效果显著;当绿颖体积分数为2%时,绿颖-次氯酸钠复配剂在喷洒第3天后补喷11 d的防治效果优于绿颖单剂.可见绿颖对于红树林区考氏白盾蚧防治有应用前景,复配2.5%(体积分数)次氯酸钠和药剂补喷可以提升防治效果.In this study,the insecticide SK EnSpray 99 and its mixture with sodium hypochlorite(2.5%in volume)were applied to control Pseudaulacaspis cockerelli in mangroves of Kandelia obovata.The results showed that SK EnSpray 99,as well as the mixture of SK EnSpray 99 and sodium hypochlorite(2.5%),at a volume fraction of 0.2%could hardly kill the pests,while both had significant effects on the control of the pests at a volume fraction of 20%.In addition,at a volume fraction of 2%,the mixture showed a better effect than SK EnSpray 99 alone,and the effect lasted for 11 d after spraying again on the 3rd day of the experiments.Therefore,SK EnSpray 99 is expected to control P.cockerelli in mangroves in the future.The control effect would be improved using the pesticide mixed with sodium hypochlorite(2.5%in volume)and increasing spraying frequency.
