摘  要:密封橡胶与航空发动机油间的相容性是关系到航空发动机能否安全运行的重要因素。对丁腈橡胶与季戊四醇酯航空发动机油的相容性进行了研究,以讨论丁腈橡胶在航空发动机润滑组件中的适用性。在160℃温度下,将5080丁腈橡胶浸泡在季戊四醇酯航空发动机油中,5080丁腈橡胶的体积膨胀超过了25.0%,不能满足橡胶与季戊四醇酯航空发动机油的相容性要求(要求橡胶体积膨胀小于25.0%),因此不能用于航空发动机润滑组件中。5080丁腈橡胶体积膨胀的原因是季戊四醇酯航空发动机油渗透到了丁腈橡胶中所致。The compatibility between sealing rubber and aeroengine oil was an important factor related to the safe operation of aeroengine.The compatibility of nitrile rubber and pentaerythritol ester aeroengine oil was studied to discuss the applicability of NBR in aeroengine lubrication components.5080 nitrile rubber was immersed in pentaerythritol ester aeroengine oil at 160℃.The volume expansion of 5080 nitrile rubber exceeded 25.0%,which could not meet the requirements of compatibility between rubber and pentaerythritol ester aeroengine oil(rubber volume expansion was required to be less than 25.0%).Therefore,it could not be used in aeroengine lubrication components.The volume expansion of 5080 nitrile rubber was due to the penetration of pentaerythritol ester aeroengine oil into nitrile rubber.
