扶贫移民社会关系重构困境与对策研究

摘　　要：扶贫移民安置需要从生产、生活和社区治理等方面统筹安排,帮助移民摆脱贫困,但也存在易地而居和土地与居住分离的客观事实,面临扶贫移民的社会关系断裂与重构问题。以易地搬迁城镇化安置为研究对象,通过梳理相关文献,结合实证经验,运用社会建构理论分析城镇安置扶贫移民面临的社会关系断裂现状,并从个体、社区、政府角度分析其内在机理,提出心理干预、资源保障、社区联结的针对性建议。The resettlement of poverty relief migrants should make comprehensive arrangements in production,life and community governance to help them get rid of poverty.However,there was also the objective fact that people live in different places and the separa⁃tion of land and residence,and the social relationship between poverty alleviation and immigrants was broken and reconstructed.To re⁃locate the relocation placement of urbanization as an example,through combing the literature,combined with empirical experience,using the theory of social construction analysis town for aiding the poor immigrants face breaking the status quo,social relations and analysis from the Angle of the individual,community,government its internal mechanism,put forward the psychological intervention,resource protection,and community connection targeted Suggestions.
