摘 要:目的探讨妊娠前TG水平与GDM的关系。方法采用回顾性队列研究的方法,选取参加2006~2017年开滦职工健康体检并在体检后住院分娩的育龄妇女1120例。多元线性回归分析妊娠前TG与孕晚期(36~40周)FPG的关系。Logistic回归分析GDM发病的影响因素。结果妊娠前TG与孕晚期FPG不相关(P>0.05)。妊娠前TG水平较高(TG>0.77mmol/L)可增加GDM的发生风险(OR 1.45,95%CI 1.00~2.11,P<0.05),妊娠前FPG(OR 1.60,95%CI 1.12~2.28,P<0.05)和妊娠前静息心率(OR 1.54,95%CI 1.04~2.26,P<0.05)均为GDM的危险因素。结论妊娠前较高TG水平是GDM的危险因素。Objective To investigate the effect of triglyceride(TG)level before pregnancy on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted to investigate the occurrence of GDM in women(n=1120)of childbearing age who participated in the health examination and gave birth for the first time from 2006 to 2017.Linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between TG before pregnancy and FPG in late pregnancy(36 to 40 week).Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between TG before pregnancy and GDM.Results The levels of TG before pregnancy were not associated with FPG in late pregnancy(P>0.05).Increased TG level(TG>0.77 mmol/L)before pregnancy can increase the risk of GDM[odds ratio OR 1.45,95%CI 1.00,2.11,P<0.05],FPG before pregnancy(OR 1.60,95%CI 1.12~2.28,P<0.05)and resting heart rate(HR)before pregnancy(OR 1.54,95%CI 1.04~2.26,P<0.05)are all risk factors for GDM.ConclusionIncreased TG before pregnancy is a risk factor for GDM.
