摘 要:利用ATLAS FTT织物触感测试仪对一定量的典型纺织品样本的柔软度、顺滑度、冷暖感、接触舒适感进行客观测试,并结合棉、毛、丝、麻织物风格主观评价的触感特性,对测试的纺织品样本的触感特性进行初步研究。结果表明:根据主观分类的典型风格面料棉、毛、丝、麻的触感物理指标存在相关的规律。未来可通过划分混纺面料的触感物理指标,对其进行触感性能的评价,从而更加直观地了解混纺面料的触感。The fabric tactility properties of a certain amount of typical textile samples,such as softness,smooth,warm and cool feeling,contact comfort were tested with the ATLAS FTT tester.Combined with subjective evaluation tactility characteristic of cotton,wool,silk,hemp fabric style,the preliminary study of the test sample tactility characteristic were carried out.The results show that the physical index of touch of cotton,hemp,silk and wool of typical style fabrics has a related regular according to the subjective classification of typical style fabrics.In the future,the tactile properties of blended fabrics can be evaluated by dividing the tactile physical indexes,so as to understand the tactile properties of blended fabrics more intuitively.
