摘　　要：以历史建筑的价值构成体系为基础,研究建立一种对历史建筑价值进行评估的系统。本文系统论证了其建立的意义及原则,阐述了其建立方法和操作步骤,通过分层级确定价值指标、计算权重、评价打分、软件计算等系列程序,对历史建筑进行相对客观的评价打分和记录存档。有助于推动历史建筑的价值评判由以往的主观判断模式转变为更系统科学的客观判断模式,针对现代化建设浪潮中的历史建筑资源的保留与利用问题提出指导性的参考建议。Based on the value composition system of historical buildings,this paper studies and establishes an overall,dynamic and open value evaluation system for historical buildings.This paper systematically demonstrates the significance and principle of its establishment,expounds its establishment method and operation steps,and carries out relatively objective evaluation and scoring on historical buildings through a series of procedures such as value index determination,weight calculation,evaluation and scoring,software calculation,and so on.It helps to promote the value evaluation of historical buildings from the past subjective judgment mode to a more systematic and scientific objective judgment mode,and provides guidance and reference suggestions for the preservation and utilization of historical building resources in the wave of modernization.
