摘　　要：院落空间作为中国传统民居的组成部分,具有实用价值和文化价值,尤其在农村,院落空间更是有着重要的使用价值。但随着城市化发展,城市边缘区部分村庄或是逐步转型为城市用地,或是处于保留状态,很多村庄院落已经闲置荒废,失去自身原有的功能价值,产生大量的剩余空间。由于村庄土地性质、居民结构和生活方式发生改变,村庄居民逐渐迁移,村庄活力渐失,需要植入新的内涵以激发村庄自身活力。本文选择呼和浩特市边缘区具有代表性的西乌素图村作为研究对象,剖析院落空置、荒废的现状,以新需求为导向,探寻院落的多种优化利用和设计策略,以适应村庄的未来发展。As a part of Chinese traditional residential buildings,courtyard space has practical and cultural value.Especially in rural areas,courtyard space plays an important role.However,with the development of urbanization,some villages in the urban fringe are gradually transformed into urban land,or remain in a state of preservation due to historical and cultural value.Many courtyards have lost their original functional value,or even resulting in a large number of surplus space.Due to the changes in the nature of village land,the villager structure and lifestyle has changed,the villagers have moved and the vitality of the village has gradually been lost.New connotation needs to be implanted to stimulate the vitality of the village.This paper chooses Xiwusutu Village as the research object,which is a representative of the urban fringe of Hohhot.The paper analyzes the current situation of vacant and abandoned courtyards,and explores a variety of optimized utilization and design strategies of courtyards to adapt to the future development of the village under the guidance of new requirements.
