里弄名人故(旧)居的保护利用及其对住区的影响

摘　　要：近年上海里弄中名人故(旧)居的保护利用与其所在住区的发展存在的关系是本文关注的重点。文章通过实地调研和文献阅读梳理了上海名人故(旧)居的住宅类型和保护利用方式,通过比较不同保护方式对住区的影响,初步认为纪念馆式保护是住区长远发展的最优选择。本文以钱学森旧居作为案例进行分析,发现名人故(旧)居的纪念馆式保护利用主要通过政府支持、名人效应两种渠道为住区争取发展资源,但这种发展的可持续性则需要依靠住区治理与管理机制的配合。This paper focuses on the relationship between the protection and utilization of the former residences of Shanghai celebrities in Lilong and the development of their residential areas in recent years.Through field investigation and literature review,the paper sorts out the residence types,protection and utilization methods of Shanghai celebrities’former residences,and compares the impacts of different methods of protection on the residential communities.It believes that memorial-style protection is the best choice for the long-term development of the residential community.By analyzing the former residence of Qian Xuesen as a case study,it is found that the memorial-style conservation and utilization of the celebrity’s former residence is mainly through government support and celebrity effect to strive for development resources for the residential communities,but the sustainability of this development needs to rely on follow-up coordination of community governance and management mechanisms.
