摘  要:目的分析口服药品全自动核对系统(MDM)在北京积水潭医院住院药房中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月1日至12月31日期间该院住院药房MDM使用率、正确识别率及差错拦截率,统计真、误报警的主要类型和药师人工核对与机器核对的速度对比,并用帕累托法则进行分析。结果该院MDM使用率为96.95%,正确识别率为97.66%,差错拦截率为96.77%。真报警的主要问题为药品缺失70例(38.89%)和药品错误60例(33.33%);误报警的主要问题为不匹配(40.05%)、并行(25.89%)和透明(13.90%)。圆柱形药片或胶囊剂、分劈片、圆形小药片和橄榄形药片识别率低。在核对数量超过88袋时,机器较人工核对速度占优势。结论该院住院药房MDM的使用率高、正确率高,提高单剂量分包药品的核对速度和准确度,降低患者的用药风险,提高药师工作效率。Objective To analyze the application effect of medicine detection machine(MDM)in the inpatient pharmacy.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the usage rate,correct recognition rate,error intercept rate,the main types of statistical true and false alarms of MDM in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital inpatient pharmacy from January 1 to December 31,2019,and compared the speed of manual verification by pharmasists and machine verification,and use the Pareto rule for analysis.Results The utilization rate of the hospital's MDM was about 96.95%,the correct recognition rate was 97.66%,and the error intercept rate was 96.77%.The main problems with true alarms were 70 cases of missing medicines(38.89%)and 60 cases of wrong medicines(33.33%).The main problems of false alarms were mismatch(40.05%),parallelism(25.89%),and transparency(13.90%).The recognition rate of cylindrical tablets or capsules,split tablets,small round tablets,and olive-shaped tablets is low.When the checked quantity exceeds 88 bags,the machine had an advantages over manual checking speed.Conclusion In 2019,the hospital's MDM has a high utilization rate and a high accuracy rate,which improves the speed and accuracy of single-dose subcontracted drug verification,reduces the medication risk of patients,and improves the efficiency of pharmacists.
