摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法,以γ-Al_(2)O_(3)为载体制备了一系列Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂。考察了田菁粉添加量、柠檬酸添加量及焙烧温度对Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂催化邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯加氢制备1,2-环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯的影响。对催化剂进行了BET、XRD、H2-TPD和NH3-TPD表征。结果表明,Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)改性的最佳条件为田菁粉和柠檬酸添加量分别为拟薄水铝石质量的1.0%和3%,700℃焙烧4 h,Ru含量(质量分数,下同)为0.3%。在温度150℃、压力5 MPa和空速0.25 h^(-1)的工艺条件下,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯的转化率为98.9%,1,2-环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯的选择性高达97.1%,经过30 d的稳定性测试催化剂表现出良好的催化活性。A series of Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts were prepared by equal volume impregnation method using γ-Al_(2)O_(3) as support.The effects of addition amount of sesbania powder,addition amount of citric acid and calcination temperature on the hydrogenation of diisononyl phthalate to produce diisononyl hexahydrophthalate.The catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,H2-TPD and NH3-TPD.The results showed that the optimum modification conditions of Ru/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) were obtained as follows:sesbania powder and citric acid addition amounts being 1.0% and 3% of the mass of γ-Al_(2)O_(3),calcination at 700℃ for 4 h,the optimum content of Ru being 0.3%(mass fraction the same below).The conversion rate of diiononyl phthalate was 98.9% and the selectivity of diisononyl hexahydrophthalate was as high as 97.1% under the conditions of 150℃,pressure of 5 MPa and space velocity of 0.25 h^(-1).The catalyst exhibited good catalytic activity for 30 days of stability test.
