摘  要:地块出入口是交通发生吸引的源头,地块出入口设置是否合理对城市交通运行效率和秩序起着关键性作用。首先对国内外研究情况进行了梳理,认为国内关于地块出入口的接入管理,尚未形成系统的技术体系,研究成果主要集中在土地出让后出入口的优化设计,由于地块出让前缺少系统的考虑,导致出让后地块出入口的优化调整余地较小。基于位阶差理论,对出入口的接入道路进行了分类梳理,初步探讨了土地出让前地块出入口的系统性谋划。试图从用地的角度优化出入口管理,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。The entrance and exit of a land are the source of traffic attraction.Whether the entrance and exit of land plot is reasonable or not plays a key role in the efficiency and order of urban traffic operation.The research situations at home and abroad are sorted out.It is considered that there is no systematical technical system for the access management of entrance and exit of the land plot.The research results mainly focus on the optimization design of the entrance and exit after the land transfer.Due to the lack of systematic consideration before the land transfer,there is little room for the optimization and adjustment of the entrance and exit of the plot after the land transfer.Based on the rank difference theory,the access roads of the entrances and exits are sorted out.The systematic planning of the entrances and exits of the plot before the land transfer is preliminarily discussed.It is attempted to optimize the entrance and exit management from the perspective of land use in order to provide reference for the related research.
