摘  要:低剂量水泥改性级配碎石是一种优质的路面基层材料,在工程应用中对低剂量水泥改性级配碎石并没有相应的级配范围与合适的级配设计方法。通过SAC级配计算方法,根据关键筛孔设计得到不同的级配,针对这些级配组成的混合料进行CBR试验,探讨关键筛孔对强度的影响规律。在满足强度要求的条件下,以级配范围最大为原则,确定改性级配碎石的级配范围,并分析该上下限的合理性。另外,提出了适用于施工的改性级配碎石配合比设计方法。The low-dosage cement modified gradated macadam is a kind of high-class pavement base material.There are no relevant grading ranges and reasonable gradation design methods of the low-dosage cement modified gradated macadam in the engineering application.Through SAC gradation calculation method,according to the different gradations obtained by the key sieve pore design,the CBR test is carried out for the mixture composed of these gradations,and the influencing law of key sieve pore on the strength is discussed.Under the condition of meeting the strength requirement,according to the maximum grading range as the principle,the grading range of modified gradated macadam is determined,and the rationality of the upper and lower limits is analyzed.In addition,the mix proportion design method of modified gradated macadam suitable for the construction is put forward.
