摘 要:出于防腐考虑,船舶侧推器槽道内常布置一定数量的合金块作为牺牲阳极,而其对侧推器水动力性能的影响常被忽略。采用数值模拟方法,从非均匀进流的角度对因牺牲阳极引起的船体异常振动案例进行分析,研究牺牲阳极的不同布置位置对系柱工况下侧推螺旋桨激振力的影响。结果表明,侧推器齿轮箱支柱2侧布置阳极块会导致螺旋桨遭受较大的轴向激振力,同时槽道内壁脉动压力幅值增大,牺牲阳极宜在离桨盘面较远处的槽道内壁沿周向对称布置。为侧推器槽道内的牺牲阳极布置提供参考。For anti-corrosion considerations,a certain number of alloy blocks are often arranged as sacrificial anodes in the channel of ship’s thruster,however,their influence on the hydrodynamic performance of the thruster is often ignored.The case of ship hull’s abnormal vibration caused by sacrificial anodes is analyzed from the perspective of non-uniform inflow by numerical simulation to study the effect of different position arrangements of sacrificial anodes on the excitation force of the thruster propeller under bollard working conditions.The results indicate that the arrangement of anode blocks on both sides of the thruster gearbox strut causes the propeller to suffer a greater axial excitation force,meanwhile,the amplitude of pressure fluctuation on the inner wall of the channel increases.The sacrificial anode had better be arranged symmetrically along the circumferential direction on the inner wall of the channel far away from the propeller.It provides reference for the arrangement of sacrificial anodes in the channel of the side thruster.
