坤泰胶囊联合养阴舒肝汤治疗围绝经期妇女内分泌紊乱临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察坤泰胶囊联合养阴舒肝汤治疗围绝经期妇女内分泌紊乱临床疗效。方法将我院110例围绝经期综合征患者依据不同治疗方式分成对照组与研究组各55例。对照组单用坤泰胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用养阴舒肝汤。比较两组治疗后临床有效率、两组相关生活质量指标评分及两组的不良反应发生比率、两组治疗前后的相关性激素水平指标雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)及促卵泡生成素( FSH)水平变化情况。结果研究组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各项生活质量指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组相关性激素水平指标E2显著高于对照组(P<0.05) LH及FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征内分泌紊乱患者联合使用坤泰胶囊与养阴舒肝汤治疗,可显著提高治疗疗效,提高患者的生活质量水平且不会增加患者发生其他并发症的风险,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsule combined with Yangyin Shugan Decoction in treating endocrine disorders in perimenopausal women.Methods A total of 110 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into research group and control group according to different treatment methods,55 cases each.Control group was treated with Kuntai Capsule,and study group was treated with Yangyin Shugan Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effective rate of the two groups after treatment,the scores of related quality of life indicators of the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the related hormone levels estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH) and the changes in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of all quality of life indicators in study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05);the level of E2 in study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the LH and FSH levels were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai Capsule combined with Yangyin Shugan Decoetion can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment,improve the quality of life in treatment of endocrine disorders of perimenopausal syndrome,and will not increase the incidence of other complications with high safety.
