甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿慢性腹泻临床观察及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿慢性腹泻(CD)的应用效果以及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法将我院儿科126例CD患儿随机分为对照组与观察组各63例。两组均予以双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组加服甘草锌颗粒。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后血锌水平、炎性细胞因子、白介素-6(IL-6),白介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_(3)^(+) CD_(4)^(+) CD_(8)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血锌、CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)和炎性因子(IL-6、IL-10、CRP和TNF-α)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片能够显著提高小儿慢性腹泻临床疗效,增加血锌水平,增强机体免疫功能,降低机体炎症反应。Objective To observe the application effect of Licorice Zinc Granules combined with bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet on children’s chronic diarrhea(CD) and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets.Methods A total of 126 children with CD were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 63 cases each.Both groups were treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets,and observation group was given Licorice Zinc Granules.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the levels of blood zinc,inflammatory cytokines,interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10,C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α) before and after treatment,T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))changes.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the blood zinc,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)levels of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and the levels of CD_(8)^(+)and inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-10,CRP,TNF-α) were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Licorice Zinc Granules combined with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic diarrhea in children,increase blood zinc levels,enhance immune function,and reduce inflammation.
