电针联合康复功能训练治疗脑出血偏瘫患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合康复功能训练治疗脑出血偏瘫患者临床疗效。方法将我院68例脑出血患者随机分为对照组与观察组各34例。两组均实施常规治疗,观察组加用电针治疗。对两组临床治疗的有效率进行对比,观察并比较两组脑血管功能指标、神经功能缺损程度评分量表(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、卒中生存质量表(SS-QOL)、生活能力指数(BI)变化。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组脑血管流速和脑血管流量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)血管外周阻力和动态阻力明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05) FMA、SS-QOL、BI评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针联合康复功能训练能明显改善脑出血偏瘫患者脑血管功能、神经功能、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture(EA) combined with rehabilitation function training on hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 68 hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,and observation group was treated with EA.The effective rate of clinical treatment was compared between the two groups,and the Changes of cerebrovascular function indexes,Neurological impairment scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer rating scale(FMA),Stroke quality of life table(SS-QOL) and Life ability index(BI) were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the cerebrovascular velocity and flow in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the vascular peripheral resistance and dynamic resistance were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);NIHSS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);FMA,SS-QOL and BI scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EA combined with rehabilitation function training can significantly improve cerebrovascular function,nerve function,limb motor function,daily living ability and quality of life in hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
