止痛壮骨胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症患者临床症状与体征改善及疼痛症状的影响

摘　　要：目的观察止痛壮骨胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症(POP)患者临床症状与体征改善及疼痛症状的影响。方法将我院就诊的POP患者62例采用信封法随机分为对照组与观察组各31例。对照组给予碳酸钙D3片、维生素D3胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予止痛壮骨胶囊,比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状、体征改善及疼痛症状等情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者腰椎、髋部Wards三角区两个部位骨密度较同组治疗前明显提高,观察组指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)同组治疗前明显降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、步履艰难、下肢抽筋、四肢骨痛、肢体麻木、目眩评分均较对照组降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者中国人骨质疏松症专用生存质量量表(COQOL)评分均较对照组降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论止痛壮骨胶囊治疗POP能够有效控制患者临床症状及体征,改善腰膝酸软及疼痛,提高骨密度,降低疼痛程度,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of Zhitong Zhuanggu Capsule on the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs and pain symptoms of patients with primary osteoporosis(POP).Methods A total of 62 POP patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases each.Control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and vitamin D3 capsule,and observation group was treated with Zhitong Zhuanggu Capsule on the basis of control group.The treatment effects,improvement of clinical symptoms,signs and pain symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the bone mineral density of both groups in the lumbar spine and the Wards triangle of the hip was significantly higher than that of the same group before treatment,and was higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05),the Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and was lower in observation group than that of control group(P<0.05);the scores of low back pain,waist and knee weakness,difficult walking,leg cramps,and limb pain,numbness,dizziness of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05),the scores of both groups on the Chinese Osteoporosis-specific quality of life scale(COQOL) were lower than those before trestment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhitong Zhuanggu Capsule can effectively control the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with POP,improve waist and knee soreness and pain,increase bone density,reduce pain,and improve the quality of life.It was worthy of promotion.
