摘　　要：主动脉缩窄是一种先天性心脏病,其可合并其他心脏畸形,最常见的为室间隔缺损,早治疗可降低患儿死亡率,治疗方案的选择有赖于准确诊断。诊断时,易发现常见畸形而忽略少见畸形,现对主动脉缩窄合并颅内动脉瘤、心肌致密化不全等少见畸形的诊治进展进行综述。Coarctation of aorta is a congenital heart disease,always associated with other cardiac malformations.Ventricular septal defect is the most common.Early treatment can reduce the mortality of children.The choice of treatment depends on accurate diagnosis.It is easy to find common malformations while ignoring rare ones.This review aims to describe the advances of diagnosis and treatment of rare malformations,such as intracranial aneurysm,noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium.
