摘　　要：安全阀调压松紧器是一种新型远程控制调节安全阀开启、闭合压力的装置,主要由固定装置、位置调节装置及电控装置等构成。在安全阀调压范围试验中,安全阀调压松紧器可代替试验人员对安全阀调压装置进行调控,能够使试验人员远离试验中内部高温、高压的被试液压件产品,创造一个无人的试验环境,保证试验人员安全,同时安全阀调压松紧器能够保持被试安全阀的最大伸出量,使其不脱位,保证安全;在可靠性方面,能够减少人为因素对试验过程与结果的影响,提高试验效率,保障数据准确度。Safety valve pressure regulator is a new type of device for remote control and adjustment of opening and closing pressure of safety valve,which is mainly composed of fixing device,position adjustment device and electric control device.In the test of pressure regulating range of safety valve,safety valve pressure regulator can control pressure regulating device of safety valve instead of test personnel,which enables test personnel stay away from hydraulic parts with high temperature and high pressure in the test,creates an unmanned test environment,ensures safety of test personnel,and at the same time,maintains maximum extension of the tested safety valve,so that it does not dislocate and ensures safety;in terms of reliability,it can reduce influence of human factors on test process and results,improve test efficiency and ensure accuracy of data.
