摘　　要：针对一种松土角可调的松土器,计算机构自由度,提出一种解析算法,利用这一方法构建数学模型和非线性方程组,并运用MATLAB软件进行求解,绘制齿尖的运动包络图,计算主要作业性能参数,通过一个实例进行计算论证。该方法可为后续此类型松土器结构的改进或设计提供一种简捷高效的计算方法和思路。For a ripper with adjustable ripper angle,an analytical algorithm is proposed to calculate degree of freedom of the mechanism.A mathematical model and a set of nonlinear equations are constructed by using this method,and solved by MATLAB software.Motion envelop diagram of tip is drawn,main performance parameters are calculated,and calculation is demonstrated through an example.This method can provide a simple and efficient calculation and idea for the subsequent improvement or design of this type of ripper structure.
