摘　　要：静液压反循环钻机主要由行走履带底盘,上车装置,桅杆架,动力头,砂石泵系统,钻杆、钻斗,液压系统,电器系统组成。对静液压反循环钻机的动力头功率、主液压缸功率、砂石泵功率、卷扬功率及其他常耗功率进行计算,对反循环钻机功率匹配进行探讨。在功率计算匹配中,动力头功率和砂石泵功率的匹配是应重点考虑的部分。根据各工况功率的耦合情况计算总功率,确定发动机功率。Hydrostatic reverse circulation drill rig is mainly composed of walking crawler chassis,boarding device,mast frame,power head,gravel pump system,drill pipe,drill bucket,hydraulic system and electrical system.Power of power head,power of main hydraulic cylinder,power of gravel pump,power of winch and other constant power consumption of hydrostatic reverse circulation drill rig are calculated,and power matching of reverse circulation drill rig is discussed.In power calculation and matching,matching of power of power head and power of gravel pump should be the key consideration.The total power is calculated according to power coupling of each working condition to determine the engine power.
