摘  要:随着公路建设及养护水平的不断提升,对于沥青罐各个方面的性能要求也有了更高的要求。加热装置是沥青罐非常重要的装置之一,沥青的加热保温性能研究对于节能减排具有重要意义。为了能够得到满足经济性和实用性要求的加热方式,对沥青在加热和保温过程进行流场模拟、传热机理、传热效果的分析。比较不同形式的热油系统盘管的加热方式对于油罐加热保温的影响,为沥青罐加热工作提供理论依据。With continuous improvement of highway construction and maintenance level,there are also higher performance requirements for various aspects of asphalt tank.Heating device is one of the important devices of asphalt tank,and research on heating and insulation performance of asphalt is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction.In order to obtain a heating method that meets the requirements of economy and practicability,flow field simulation,heat transfer mechanism and heat transfer effect of asphalt in heating and insulation process are analyzed.Influence of heating methods of different coil in hot oil system on heating and insulation of oil tank is compared,which provides theoretical basis for heating of asphalt.
