文创产业引导下的北京老城区历史街区更新模式研究--基于南锣鼓巷与杨梅竹斜街的更新比较

摘　　要：随着生活方式和消费结构的升级,历史街区面临着保护传统空间和人文活力的双重挑战。如何为历史街区注入新的活力成为重要课题。本文着重以文创产业的发展为视角,通过描述引入文创产业后历史街区的发展情况,分析在文创产业引导下的历史街区更新模式,提出关于历史街区更新的当下问题和对未来发展方向的一些思考。With the upgrading of lifestyle and consumption structure, historic districts are facing the dual challenge of protecting traditional space and human vitality. How to inject new vitality into the historic district has become an important issue. This paper focuses on the development of the cultural and creative industry, describes the development of historical districts after the introduction of the cultural and creative industry, analyzes the renewal model of historical districts under the guidance of the cultural and creative industry, and puts forward current issues regarding the renewal of historical districts and some thoughts on its future development direction.
