摘　　要：本文旨在分析部品化装饰板装配化施工关键技术,并对技术原理以及施工工艺进行分析,探究做好相关施工工作的方法和策略。研究发现,应用了相应施工技术之后,装饰板表面平整度偏差控制在了1 mm以内,立面垂直度偏差控制在了1.5 mm以内,且拼缝处宽窄一致,界限清晰,阴阳角方正,完美表现了装饰设计风格,达到了一次成优的目的。该工艺施工中因对可调水平托撑、塑料卡扣、塑料楔子及固定塑料楔子的夹具、激光三线仪等工具的合理应用,不仅使施工速度加快,且工程质量不再仅靠工人技艺来保证,达到了118 m超长过道墙面平直度、垂直度偏差均控制在1 mm内的精度,大大提升了室内装饰品质,实现了一次成优的目的。This paper analyzes the key technologies for the assembly construction of partial decorative panel,discusses the technical principles and construction technology,and then explores the methods and strategies for doing related construction work.The study found that after the application of the corresponding construction technology,the deviation of the flatness of the decorative board surface was controlled within 1 mm,the deviation of the verticality of the facade was controlled within 1.5 mm,and the width of the joints was consistent,the boundaries were clear,and the yin and yang angles were square,which illustrated the decoration style and achieved the goal of being excellent at one time.Due to the reasonable application of tools such as adjustable horizontal supports,plastic buckles,plastic wedges and jigs for fixing plastic wedges,laser tri-line instrument and other tools not only the construction speed is fast,but the engineering quality is no longer only guaranteed by the skills of workers,achieving the accuracy of 118 m long aisle wall flatness and verticality deviation controlled within 1 mm,which greatly improves the quality of interior decoration and achieves the goal of excellence at one time.
