摘 要:随着房地产行业越来越规范,市场竞争也愈演愈烈,当前房地产市场已逐渐呈现供过于求的局面,房地产项目前期策划成败直接决定项目运营风险系数和投资收益。本文结合建筑项目前期实际工作,分析建筑项目前期工作的意义,探讨其对于建筑在规划设计的重要性,并且提出做好前期工作的对策与方法,期望为相关研究提供参考。With the real estate industry more and more standardized,the market competition is more and more fierce;the current real estate market has gradually presented the situation of oversupply.The success or failure of the preliminary planning of the real estate project directly determines the project operation risk coefficient and investment income.Combined with the practical work in the early stage of the construction project,this paper analyzes the significance of the preliminary work of the construction project,discusses its importance in the planning and design of the building,and proposes countermeasures and methods to doing a good job in the preliminary work,expecting to provide a reference for relevant research.
