摘  要:目前国土三调、自然资源保护范围确权划界等项目均采用2000国家大地坐标系,而2018年以前的大型工程勘测设计及施工阶段大多采用挂靠国家系(1954年北京坐标系或1980西安坐标系)的独立坐标系,当二者有联系时,就必须进行坐标系统转换,针对这一问题,以某引水项目为例,对工程独立坐标系转换2000国家大地坐标系进行应用实践。结果可为类似的坐标转换问题提供帮助。At present,the 2000 national geodetic coordinate system is used in the third national land transfer project,the confirmation and demarcation of natural resources protection scope and other projects,while the independent coordinate system attached to the national system(1954 Beijing coordinate system or 1980 Xi an coordinate system)is mostly used in the survey,design and construction stage of large-scale projects before 2018.When the two are connected,the coordinate system transformation must be carried out.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes a water diversion project as an example to practice the transformation of Engineering independent coordinate system into 2000 national geodetic coordinate system.This can be helpful for similar coordinate transformation problems.
