摘  要:以Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O为铈源、Zn(CH_(3)COO)_(2)·2H_(2)O为锌源、聚丙烯腈为载体,运用静电纺丝技术结合高温焙烧制备了Ce掺杂的ZnO(Ce/ZnO)纳米催化剂.采用扫描电镜、热重分析仪、X-射线衍射对制得的复合纳米材料的结构进行分析,并对其光催化降解孔雀石绿的性能进行研究.研究结果表明:在制得的催化剂样品中Ce掺杂摩尔分数和焙烧温度对样品的催化性能影响显著,用在700℃时焙烧制备的含Ce摩尔分数为1.00%的Ce/ZnO催化剂样品处理孔雀石绿废水,经太阳光照200 min后,孔雀石绿溶液的降解率高达98.60%,催化降解过程符合复合1级动力学,且催化剂可重复使用.The cerium-doped ZnO(Ce/ZnO)is prepared using Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O as cerium source,Zn(CH_(3)COO)_(2)·2H_(2)O as zinc source,PAN as carrier template by electrospinning technology combined with high temperature calcination.The nanocomposite material are characterize by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and its photocatalytic degradation of malachite green performance is studied.The results show that the Ce content in the sample and calcination temperature have a significant effect on the catalytic performance of Ce/ZnO.When the Ce/ZnO with 1.00%Ce doping amount prepared by calcination at 700℃is 15 mg,the degradation rate of malachite green solution after 200 min under sunlight can be up to 98.60%,and the catalytic degradation of malachite green by Ce/ZnO follows the first-order kinetics,the catalyst has good repeated use performance.
