摘  要:基于多场耦合理论,利用有限元软件模拟了42CrMo制动蹄支销在770、840和880℃温度下淬火的过程。分析了其温度场、应力应变场、组织场以及硬度场模拟结果,并对模拟结果进行了试验验证。综合模拟和试验结果,三种淬火态试样力学性能均能符合要求,亚温淬火态(770℃)的应力应变最低,可最大程度避免淬火开裂。Based on multi-field coupling theory,finite element software was used to simulate the quenching process of 42CrMo steel brake shoe support pin at 770,840 and 880℃respectively.The simulation results of temperature,stress-strain,microstructure and hardness field were analyzed and verified by experiments.Combining the results of simulation and experiments,the hardness and mechanical properties of three quenched samples all met the requirements,and the stress and strain of the sub-temperature(770℃)quenched sample was the lowest,which could avoid cracking to the maximum extent.
