摘  要:本文研究中频感应淬火及回火对45Mn钢棒组织和硬度的影响。研究表明:45Mn钢经过中频感应淬火后,从表面到心部分别为淬硬区、过渡区和热影响区,淬硬区为细密均匀的针状马氏体,过渡区为淬火马氏体+屈氏体,热影响区为屈氏体+珠光体。中频感应回火后,淬硬区为回火索氏体,过渡区为回火索氏体+珠光,心部热影响区为索氏体+珠光体以及沿晶界分布的网状铁素体。870℃淬火时淬硬区宽度为8.7 mm,过渡区宽度为6.2 mm,经550℃回火后淬硬区与过渡区宽度变化不明显。The effect of medium frequency induction heating quenching and tempering on microstructure and hardness of 45 Mn steel is studied in this paper.The result shows that after medium frequency induction heating quenching,there are quench-hardened zone,transition zone and heat affected zone from surface to center of 45Mn steel,the quench-hardened zone is fine and uniform acicular martensite,the transition zone is quenching martensite+troostite,and the heat affected zone is troostite+pearlite.After medium frequency heating induction tempering,the hardening zone is tempered sorbite,the transition zone is tempered sorbite+pearlite,and the heat affected zone in the center is sorbite+pearlite and network ferrite distributed along the grain boundary.The width of hardening zone and transition zone is 8.7 mm and 6.2 mm after quenched at 870℃.The width of hardened zone and transition zone is no obvious changes after tempered at 550℃.
