摘  要:针对城市中小跨径"大纵坡、小半径"钢桥面铺装养护的技术难题,提出了一种由树脂碎石独立防水层+树脂黏层+快固高韧树脂铺装层组成的铺装结构,由此开展了对树脂碎石防水层粘结性能和抗剪性能的试验研究,并验证了快固高韧树脂混合料的路用性能。快固高韧树脂快速重置技术可实现防水层、铺装层无间断施工,养生周期仅需1.5 d。工程实践证明,该技术在市政钢桥面养护与新建工程中有重大推广价值。Aimed at the technical problems of paving and maintenance of urban middle and small span steel bridge surfaces with "large longitudinal slope and small radius",this paper proposes a pavement structure which consists of RB Chip independent waterproof layer + adhesive layer + fast curing and high-toughness resin pavement layer. RB Chip waterproof layer adhesion performance and shear performance test research are carried out and the road perfor-mance of fast curing and high toughness resin mixture is verified. The continuous construction of the waterproof layer and the paving layer can be realized by the quick reset technology of fast curing and high-toughness resin and the curing cycle only needs 1.5 days. It has great promotion value in the maintenance of municipal steel bridge surface and new construction.
