摘　　要：以山东省胶州市袁家坟村污水管网工程为例,探讨了农村环境连片整治项目污水管网设计思路、庭院污水收集方式、污水量定额和检查井的选择等,分析了项目实施中遇到的改变居民不合理排污方式、避免雨水汇入污水管网、重视后期运行管理等问题,为类似污水管网工程提供了参考。Taking Yuanjiafen sewage network project in Jiaozhou, Shandong Province as an example, this article mainly discusses the the sewage network design idea, courtyard sewage collection methods, sewage quota and selection of inspection wells in rural environment contiguous improvement project. The problems of changing the resi-dents’ unreasonable sewage discharge ways, preventing rainwater from flowing into sewage network, and paying attention to the later operation and management are analyzed. This study will provide reference for similar sewage net-work projects.
