摘  要:为降低大粒径再生骨料对再生混合料级配的影响,优化其级配范围,提出以矿料级配为设计目标的研究思路。首先,分析了RAP的特性;然后,将RAP分成3档(I、II、III)规格的集料,利用级配敏感度指标量化燃烧前后RAP级配的差异;最后,利用统计分析法,基于13个粗粒式再生混合料工程级配及其矿料级配的对比分析,提出了考虑再生骨料特征的级配范围优化区间。研究表明:I、II、III档规格的RAP中,第III档级配敏感度最大,即大粒径再生骨料集中在粒径大于9.5 mm的RAP中;基于再生混合料工程级配和矿料级配范围包络线的量化数据,同一筛孔对应的通过率最大值与最小值之差最大在10%左右;若将粗粒式再生混合料工程级配控制在AC-20中值与下限之间的包络线范围之内,则再生混合料真实的矿料级配基本可控制在AC-20中值与上限之间的包络线范围之内。In order to reduce affects of large particle recycled aggregates on the gradation of recycled mixtures and optimize its grading range, mineral grading is proposed to be design goal. Firstly, the characteristic properties of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) are analyzed;Then, the RAP materials are divided into three grades(I,II,III) specification aggregates, and the RAP gradation differences before and after combustion are quantified by the gradation sensitivity index;Finally, based on the comparative analysis of 13 coarse-grained recycled mixture engineering gradations and their mineral grading, the optimization of the grading range considering the characteristics of"recycled aggregate" is proposed by statistical analysis. The research shows that among the RAP materials of grades I,II, and III, grade III has the highest gradation sensitivity, the large particle recycled aggregate is concentrated in the RAP material whose particle is greater than 9.5 mm;The quantitative data of the envelope of the grading range of the ore mixture and the sieve, the maximum difference between maximum and minimum of the same sieve pass rate is about 10%;If the engineering gradation of the coarse-grained mixture is controlled within the envelope between the median and the lower limit of AC-20, the real gradation can be controlled basically within the median line and upper limit.
