科技创新融入高铁新城发展对策研究

摘　　要：本文以玉溪高铁新城为例,探讨了当前的"高铁经济热",从交通区位、空间布局、产业关联、政策支撑等方面分析了玉溪高铁新城发展面临的优势和问题,提出以科技创新为主题,以交通区位优势,促使滇中城市群的科技要素向玉溪转移,推动科技要素集群发展。并针对玉溪高铁新城发展现状,从加大公共服务设施投入、科技创新促进产城融合、科技创新要素集聚、科技商圈打造、科技人才引进等方面提出了发展对策和建议。Taking Yuxi high-speed railway new town as an example,this paper discusses the current"high-speed railway economic fever",analyzes the advantages and problems faced by the development of Yuxi high-speed railway new town from the aspects of traffic location,spatial layout,industrial correlation and policy support,and puts forward that taking scientific and technological innovation as the theme and traffic location advantages,we can promote the transfer of scientific and technological elements of central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration to Yuxi and promote the development of scientific and technological elements cluster,In view of the current development situation of Yuxi High-speed Railway New Town,this paper puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of increasing investment in public service facilities,promoting industry city integration through scientific and technological innovation,gathering elements of scientific and technological innovation,building a scientific and technological business district and introducing scientific and technological talents.
