摘　　要：本文以湘西吉首市乾州古城保护与利用规划为例,通过梳理湘西地区少数民族文化资源,从区域位置、用地布局、道路交通系统、公共服务设施、产业体系5个方面深入分析乾州古城复兴现状与发展瓶颈的基础上,探索文化强国战略引领下如何从"城的保护"和"城的再生"两方面构建保护和利用框架编制古城复兴规划,制定复兴策略,从而通过古城复兴走向繁荣少数民族文化。This paper takes the protection and utilization planning of the ancient town of Qianzhou Jishou Xiangxi as an example,and analyzes the the current renaissance situation and development bottleneck of the ancient town of Qianzhou from five aspects as regional location,layout of land use,road traffic system,public service and industrial system by classifing Xiangxi Minority ethnic culture resources.Under the guidance of the strategy of strengthening the country through culture,purpose of this article is to explore how to formulate the renaissance planning and strategy of the ancient city based on constructing the framework of protection and utilization from"town protection"and"town regeneration"two aspects,so as to lead to the prosperity of Minority ethnic culture through the renaissance of the ancient town.
