摘　　要：田园综合体作为一种独特的乡村发展模式,促进城乡融合发展的同时也满足了城市人群对于田园生活的体验与向往。与此同时,心经济这一新型经济方式正随着消费者对于精神生活的追求逐渐占据消费方式的主流。以心经济方式作为田园综合体转型的总体策略,有助于激活田园综合体的活力。文章从心经济理论与田园综合体的内涵出发,通过对国内外的趋势分析,提出了心经济引领下的产业策划、心社区运营以及心灵空间打造三种策略,以实现田园综合体的良性生长。As a unique rural development model,the pastoral complex not only promotes the development of urban-rural integration,but also satisfies the experience and yearning of the rural life of the city dwellers.At the same time,as a new economic mode the heart economy is gradually occupying the mainstream of consumption mode along with consumers’pursuit of spiritual life.Taking the heart economy as the overall strategy for the transformation of the pastoral complex will help activate the vitality of the pastoral complex.The article starts from the heart economy theory and the connotation of the pastoral complex,and through the analysis of domestic and foreign trends,and proposes the industrial planning led by the heart economy,the operation of the heart community,and the creation of the spiritual space to realize the benign growth of the pastoral complex Planning strategy.
