摘 要:传统的汽车生产线包含大量钢构、滑橇、滑板及升降机等,且需要开挖地坑,柔性差,扩展性低,再加之不同装配工时的产品混线生产,对产线的冲击较大。为有效解决传统产线的刚性对柔性化、模块化的总装技术限制,文章结合某公司总装车间的实际情况,搭建柔性化、模块化的生产线,优化产线人员配置,为相关的产线布局人员提供一种借鉴。The traditional automobile production line contains a large number of steel structures,sledges,skateboards and elevators,and needs to dig the pit,which has poor flexibility and low scalability,coupled with the mixed production of products with different assembly hours,which has a great impact on the production line.In order to effectively solve the technical limitation of flexible and modular final assembly caused by the rigidity of the traditional production line,based on the actual situation of the final assembly workshop of a company,this paper sets up a flexible and modular production line and optimizes the personnel configuration of the production line,so as to provide a reference for the relevant production line layout personnel.
