摘 要:社会化大生产不断扩大,人们生活水平不断提升,整个社会发展与经济建设对能源的依赖程度增强,这给煤炭生产企业带来了压力,只有不断创新技术能力,提高生产效率,才能满足社会发展需求。煤矿是地下作业,其生产环境较为恶劣,生产过程中不但要保证质量,更要确保安全,岩石巷道掘进是最为危险的环节,当下,已经全面实现了机械化作业,但是,在作业过程中存在一些不可预见因素,往往会造成安全生产事故。文章就掘进方式进行了系统分析,全面提出掘进机械化发展方向,以此,为同行提供相关参考。With the continuous expansion of socialized large-scale production,the continuous improvement of people's living standards,and the increasing dependence on energy for the whole social development and economic construction,this has brought pressure on coal production enterprises.Only by constantly innovating technological capabilities and improving production efficiency can we meet the needs of social development.The coal mine is an underground operation,and its production environment is relatively bad,so it is necessary to ensure not only quality but also safety in the production process.Rock roadway driving is the most dangerous link.At present,mechanized operation has been realized in an all-round way,but,there are some unforeseen factors in the process of operation,which often lead to safety accidents in production.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the tunneling mode,and comprehensively puts forward the development direction of tunneling mechanization,so as to provide relevant reference for peers.
