摘　　要：e-Navigation战略的提出旨在提高船舶航行安全、提升航运效率以及保护海洋可持续发展。文章围绕e-Navigation技术的发展及其在海事管理、海事服务中的应用展开论述,详细介绍了该战略的主要内容、发展历程以及核心目标等。此外,针对当前我国e-Navigation工程建设推进过程中存在的不足提出了未来发展建议。The purpose of the e-Navigation strategy is to improve the safety of ship navigation,enhance shipping efficiency and protect the sustainable development of the ocean.This paper discusses the development of e-Navigation technology and its application in maritime management and maritime services,and introduces the main content,development process and core objectives of the strategy in detail.In addition,some suggestions for future development are put forward in view of the shortcomings existing in the process of promoting the construction of e-Navigation project in our country.
