摘 要:针对连铸坯成材大厚度SA516Gr70钢板心部冲击韧性偏低,尤其是模拟焊后状态心部冲击韧性偏低的问题展开机理研究。结果表明:冲击功不合格原因在于钢板厚度1/2处偏析较严重。结合现场生产实际,有针对性地提出改进措施,通过调整C、Mn、P、S等易偏析元素含量,延长铸坯加热时间等措施,钢板模拟焊后热处理态板厚1/2处冲击功得到明显提高,且均可满足技术协议要求。Aiming at the problem of low impact toughness at the center of large thickness SA516Gr70 steel plate rolled from continuous casting slab especially in the simulated post welding state,the mechanism is studied.The results show that the impact energy is unqualified due to serious segregation at the center of the steel plate.Combined with the actual production,the improvement measures are put forward.By adjusting the content of C、Mn、P、S and other easily segregated elements and prolonging the heating time of the slab,the impact energy at 1/2 of the thickness of the steel plate after simulated welding heat treatment is significantly increased,which can meet the requirements of the technical agreement.
