摘 要:以焊后探伤不合格100 mm(厚)×2300 mm(宽)Q420qD钢板为研究对象,借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜等手段,对探伤不合格部位进行分析,确定探伤不合格原因。结果表明:钢板母材厚度1/2处存在严重的中心偏析、疏松及微裂纹缺陷,是造成Q420qD宽厚板焊后探伤不合格的原因。结合现场实际,通过对连铸拉速、二冷水量和轻压下位置等工艺参数进行优化,提升钢板内部质量,使Q420qD宽厚钢板焊后探伤结果完全符合客户使用要求。Taking disqualified Q420qD steel plate with size of 100 mm thickness and 2300 mm width in post weld flaw detection,the disqualified area in flaw detection is analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and so on in order to determine the causes of flaw detection disqualification.The results show that the severe defects such as central segregation,looseness and micro-cracks exist at 1/2 thickness position of mother plate,which are the causes of disqualified wide and heavy steel plate Q420qD in post weld flaw detection.Based on actual conditions at site,the process parameters of continuous casting speed,secondary cooling water flowrate and soft reduction position are optimized so as to improve the internal quality of steel plate,which enables the post weld flaw detection results of wide and heavy steel plate Q420qD fully satisfying the application requirements of the client.
