摘  要:电触头作为低压断路器最核心的部件,在电路中承担着接通负载及分断电流的作用,其性能好坏直接影响着相关设备的使用寿命及安全性。理想的电触头应满足分断能力高、耐电弧能力强、抗熔焊性能好、温升低等要求。从电触头固定方式入手,结合低压断路器在设计认证过程中相关试验,分析触头焊接工艺对低压断路器性能的重要影响。同时,对低压断路器制造过程中触头焊接提出了合理化建议。As the core component of low voltage circuit breaker,electrical contact bears the role of connecting,loading and breaking current in the circuit,and its performance directly affects the service life and safety of related equipment.The ideal electrical contact should meet the requirements of high breaking capacity,strong arc resistance,good welding resistance and low temperature rise.This paper analyzes the important influence of contact welding process on the performance of low voltage circuit breaker based on the fixed mode of electric contact and the relevant tests in the design and certification process of low voltage circuit breaker.At the same time,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the contact welding in the manufacturing process of low voltage circuit breaker.
